On average, all custom baseball glove and hat orders will ship within 4 to 6 weeks.
Orders placed during a promotion may experience higher wait times. We will do our best to let you know of any delays.

Warranty requests are to be made via email to warranty@9positions.com.

Any issues with the workmanship will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Gloves that are determined to be “defective” will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of 9Positions

If you need to change the shipping address, you can, in the following way:

    • We only accept requests from the email address used to create the order.

      Send us an email to orders@nystix.com with your order number and the new address.

 

    • Contact us by phone or SMS.

 

  • The purchaser is responsible for additional delivery costs.

Yes, custom glove orders can be shipped internationally. The purchaser is responsible to pay customs costs once the package arrives in country.

Our orders are instantly transmitted to our production managers. However, any change or cancellation requests must be received no later than 24 hours after purchase. 

We use DHL, FedEx and USPS for shipping customer orders. 

We do assign “signature confirmation” on shipped orders, unless by the customer or if we receive security advisories notice from our shipping partners.

Customers can request signature confirmation in the “Order Notes” section  at checkout.
